Departure around 9:00 a.m. from your hotel in Ouarzazate with our private driver. Travel toward the Draa Valley, a spectacular green ribbon where palm groves contrast beautifully with the ochre-colored mountains.
Arrival in Agdz, then nearby Tamnougalt, to visit the ksar of Tamnougalt. This fortified adobe village, over 300 years old, overlooks the palm grove and is a remarkable example of traditional Moroccan architecture. You may explore its historic alleys freely or choose an optional guided visit to better understand the life of the prominent families who once lived there.
Continue toward Zagora, where you can stop for lunch before checking into your hotel, located in the heart of the palm grove. The afternoon is free to stroll through the oasis or visit the town center and its artisan shops.

After breakfast, depart toward Foum Zguid, crossing the vast desert plains of the Faija Plateau, known for their wide-open and striking landscapes.
Upon arrival in Foum Zguid, enjoy lunch in the town center and experience the authentic atmosphere of this desert gateway town, where tranquility meets Saharan expeditions.
In the early afternoon, your 4x4 awaits to begin the desert adventure. Follow the old Paris–Dakar rally tracks through Iriki National Park, reaching an oasis nestled at the foot of spectacular mountains often referred to as the “Colorado of the Moroccan desert.”
After about one more hour of off-road driving, you reach the Sahara dunes and your desert camp, set deep in the dunes. Settle into comfortable tents and enjoy free time to walk around the camp, admire the scenery, and absorb the serenity of the desert.
At sunset, the dunes glow in golden colors. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner, followed by a magical night in the absolute silence of the desert.
After breakfast, depart by 4x4 to our nomadic village of Zaouiat Sidi Abdenabi. Discover the local way of life, the organization of the oasis, the ancestral water management system, and historical remains that tell the story of the village.
The village is just a short walk from our guesthouse, where you will be welcomed for a friendly lunch prepared with local products.
In the afternoon, set off on a camel trek of approximately 2 hours through desert landscapes toward the dunes. Return to the desert camp for a second night in the heart of the Sahara.
After dinner, enjoy a special moment under an exceptionally clear, star-filled sky. Overnight in comfortable tents, lulled by the silence of the desert.
After a hearty breakfast at the camp, return by 4x4 to Foum Zguid. Continue the journey with your driver toward Tazenakht, the capital of Berber carpets.
Stop at a local cooperative to discover traditional carpet weaving techniques. Lunch in Tazenakht, then continue to Ouarzazate, arriving at your hotel in the late afternoon.
